Former Jets Punter Among 3 Indicted In A Tax Scheme

Joseph Prokop, a punter who has played with several National Football League teams, including the Miami Dolphins and New York Jet for seven seasons through 1992, was accused of conspiracy, false preparation of tax returns and fraud.
